This was our first visit to this particular dealership for maintenance on our current 911 as we were with another dealership for several years and were very disappointed with their service department. So for maintenance on our current 911 as we were with another dealership for several years and were very disappointed with their service department. So my wife and I decided to try your dealership that was actually very close to our house. We were very impressed on how quickly we were greeted and directed to our service advisor. When we arrived we noticed that all the employees were smiling and can't say enough good things about our service advisor Mario Ramirez. He was very thorough, attentive and explained what was needed to be done and our car was completed in a timely manner. As long time owners of Porsches, we are glad we made the decision to try your dealership and happy to share our positive experience with you. Everyone in your service organization (greeters, porters, mechanics, service advisors and office staff) should be acknowledged and commended for their great work ethics that represent your Beverly Hills service department. Worst service I ever had. Left the porsche cayenne with broken side window. The service manager said that whole repair will be around 5k$. After two month wait job is not fini Left the porsche cayenne with broken side window. The service manager said that whole repair will be around 5k$. After two month wait job is not finished, and the final price was 10k$. He didn't even call me or text about the price increase. After I picked up the car I still can hear shuttered glass in my door that they fixed. They charged 3300$ for labor, and can't cleanup a glass in a car? 10k$ for window changing? Worst service ever in my life. Never will be a customer again. More
Worse service experience ever. Avoid at all. The car is less then a year old and cost me nothing but the service department is so rude and unresponsive that I would never buy another Porsche and would defi less then a year old and cost me nothing but the service department is so rude and unresponsive that I would never buy another Porsche and would definitely never return to Porsche Beverly Hills for anything in the world. Best way to describe this place is rude and incompetent. It is really hard to hate a place this much when it is a free service. Welcome to Beverly Hills Porsche. More

I'm going to be reporting Beverly Hills Porsche to the Credit Bureau because Randy disclosed confidential credit information to a mutual friend of ours in the text and will be exploring my legal options, as well. Just to note, the GM didn't even make him apologize for the text, proving what a low-class organization that they run. I'd recommend staying far away from Beverly Hills Porsche. As a former customer, I can attest that they are the absolute worst. More
Porsche Cayenne Hybrid Fire Danger! **CAYENNE HYBRID FIRE DANGER*** If you do not feel like reading this entire review here is a bullet point summary: 1. Porsche Cayenne Hybrid **CAYENNE HYBRID FIRE DANGER*** If you do not feel like reading this entire review here is a bullet point summary: 1. Porsche Cayenne Hybrids pose a serious fire risk. The battery pack is not properly contained and any amount of liquid or dirt will cause a short in the electrical work and cause the battery to catch fire. This is a serious design flaw. My 2013 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid battery caught on fire. 2. Beverly Hills Porsche will not honor their warranty. They will say the cause is due to an “outside influence” and will not cover the $21,000 cost of repair. The battery pack costs $11,000 and the labor another $10,000. 3. Beverly Hills Porsche is only interested in selling you a car, not taking care of you when the car catches on fire. If you are considering buying a Porsche Cayenne Hybrid please make sure you read this. Two years ago I purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid from Beverly Hills Porsche. Last week as I was driving the cargo area in the back (where the hybrid battery sits) started smoking very badly. My car filled with white smoke and I pulled over immediately and opened the hatch. When I lifted the door to look at the battery flames shot and I immediately ran away from the car. Luckily the when I dropped the cover back down it killed the flames. I had the car towed to Beverly Hills Porsche Service. The next day they told me they found some water around the battery and that was the cause of the electrical short and subsequent fire. They did not say where the water came from but that the presence of water invalidates the warranty. The cost of repair was $21,000 and Porsche would not cover that under the warrant. After countless hours on the phone I was told the case had been closed. I tried left a message for the Beverly Hills Porsche General Manager Jeff Kagan and I never got a return phone call. If a customer’s car catching on fire doesn’t warrant a phone call from the General Manager then I don’t know what does. Lucky for me I had a very good insurance policy with State Farm which was able to cover the cost of repair. However, had it not been for my insurance I would have been left with a $21,000 bill. I never imagined that a two year old luxury vehicle could catch fire and that the company wouldn’t honor their warranty. In all my years of buying cars I have never come across such a shameful way for a car company to try and shirk their responsibilities under their warranty. This was not what I expected from Porsche. Beverly Hills Porsche will talk very highly about their warranty coverage when they are selling you the car but when the time comes to honor that coverage they will create their own rules and leave you with the bill. If anyone would like more detailed information about this ordeal I would be happy to speak with you. Please email me at porsche.cayenne.hybrid.fire@gmail.com I will gladly email you documents pertaining to the fire and the damage it caused and you can judge for yourself if this car is safe to be on the road. Bottom Line: Beverly Hills Porsche will not honor their warranty in the event of a catastrophic event that is clearly the car manufacturers fault. And more importantly stay away from any Hybrid Porsche. I am currently in the process of buying a Tesla. A company that is well known for honoring their warranties. What a shame. I have always been a Porsche enthusiast but after this shameful experience I will never buy a car from them again. This is the kind of behavior one would expect from GM or Ford not Porsche. More
