Worst service I ever had. Left the porsche cayenne with broken side window. The service manager said that whole repair will be around 5k$. After I picked up the car I still can hear shuttered glass in my door that they fixed. They charged 3300$ for labor, and can't cleanup a glass in a car? 10k$ for window changing? Worst service ever in my life. Never will be a customer again. More

My buddy purchased a Porsche from Robert Harrell. I was designated as the delivery person to drive the vehicle to my buddies home while he recovered from surgery. After a quick flight to Burbank an I was designated as the delivery person to drive the vehicle to my buddies home while he recovered from surgery. After a quick flight to Burbank and a short Uber to the dealership I was met with friendly sales folks who greeted me on this, a long weekend even before the dealership was open for business at 9AM. Robert had my buddies vehicle detailed, fueled and ready to drive away. His communication with me, even in off hours while we arranged transport was exceptional. I highly recommend Robert for your future transaction with this great dealership. You will not be disappointed. More

I put a 5k deposit down on a Cayenne with Samuel. A few hours later I was informed they will have to charge a 15k “surcharge”. This was never mentioned during the test drive or when they took my deposit. T hours later I was informed they will have to charge a 15k “surcharge”. This was never mentioned during the test drive or when they took my deposit. They kept telling me they want to keep their customers and they wouldn’t be adding markups. Instead, they later called this a “premium charge” any dealer adding an “additional markup” under any circumstances—it is greed, plain and simple, on the part of the dealer. It’s a reprehensible practice and should not be rewarded by the customer falling for this rank exploitation. More
