I was in LA for a visit before a permanent move 3 months later. After my move to LA, I was unable to schedule a test drive or obtain a refund of my deposit despite at least 15 contacts via email/phone over 4 months. I may have to proceed via a legal route, but others need to know about the service I received. Buyer beware!! More

Sold a car to "manager" Raphael who said there was "a problem with their system so the title wasn't showing clean" and so "it will take a day or two until I can clear that with corporate." Well, three visits to the dealership and three weeks later, here I am with NO payment for the very expensive car I sold to this dealership! After getting my attorney involved, Raphael finally says, "sorry, check has BEEN ready, but I wasn't getting my voicemails..." Like that is a viable reason for not communicating to me for three weeks? Finally I showed up again at the dealership after Raphael says the "check is ready" only to find that Raphael is not at work, no one knows where he is, and no one has any idea where my $30k check is! Yup, these people have no clue, no management skills, and even worse, customer service is absolutely non-existent at this dealership! I tried to escalate my plea for payment to the General Manager "Kevin" but he wouldn't even bother to talk to me, instead, he just yelled at the nice receptionist who tried to ask for his help. I finally had to get my husband to make several more phone calls before "Kevin" said the check was sitting on Raphael's desk. When we made our way back to the dealership later that day, "Kevin" kept us waiting for 10 minutes while he chatted on his cell phone then, while still on his cell phone, he handed my husband the check with a, "sorry dude." So unprofessional! I am convinced that no one at this place knows what is going on and they are they most incapable, rude group of people I have ever had to deal with! Avoid the insanity and stay away from this disaster of a business! I wish I could give them Zero star rating and erase this annoying experience from memory!! Show owner comment » More

Elmer, spent at least an hour going over the car with my daughter making sure she knew every detail about the technology. 2 managers greeted my during my time in the dealership, Kevin and Jerry, both were very nice. Mike did my paperwork in finance, he's a laugh a minute and wrapped everything up in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for everything BMW of Beverly Hills! More
I went to BH BMW for years with two of our family cars...Our service agent was Dana Peters and our service was excellent. He left servicing, and I became the client of Brian Hough, also excellent. Bu cars...Our service agent was Dana Peters and our service was excellent. He left servicing, and I became the client of Brian Hough, also excellent. But the day I went with a flat tire and Brian was off, and they had changed service managers, was a very bad experience...the tire that I had paid around $200 for a little over a year before was now over $300 or $350. When I asked to use some expired coupons (I had been told they would always be accepted) or any loyal customer discount, I was told I could not use the coupons, that the shareholders would not permit it. It was a take it or leave it and I loaded my car back up on a flat bed and went elsewhere for a tire, that matched the tire I had purchased a little over a year previously from BMW, for $125, all in. The woman who denied being the service manager, eventho her staff identified her as such, and who told me the policy on expired coupons, talked to me with her eyes closed, and in a rude and clipped manner...then went into a glass cube with fellow employees, and sat there laughing with them...while I'm standing out there with a flat tire, on a Saturday...and I can either pay up or shut up. It was upsetting, rude and I will never go there again. We want to buy an X5, but it will definitely NOT be with BH BMW! More
I wanted to buy a used BMW, applied online via Autotrader.com using the dealers application. I got a phone call back 5 minutes later, from a sales person, but they didn't get the application. So Autotrader.com using the dealers application. I got a phone call back 5 minutes later, from a sales person, but they didn't get the application. So I tried again from a different web link they gave me. Got an error. Didn't work. Did one more time. Finally went through, and got a call from the finance guy with some questions. Then got a call back late the next day, apologizing for being very busy - I understood it was the last week of the year, with lots of buyers etc. But the vehicle I wanted had been sold - but was still posted online - but they had another one similar - just in and also posted online but with no pictures. But they said it wouldn't be ready to sell for several days because it needed to go through their reconditioning. I was promised updates as to when because I needed to travel over 100 miles to pick it up. Then I saw they had posted a few pictures, looked like it had just been turned in. Ugh. Several phone calls, emails, etc. were ignored about the status of it. Even an email to the general manager was not replied to. So I looked elsewhere, found a similar vehicle a year newer at a better price, and had a very pleasant experience from a dealer that seemed to value my business - Harbor Chevrolet thank you for rescuing me from Beverly Hills BMW. Went to meet Carlos to pick up my new car (after having to beg him to let me purchase one) sat there and waited while he went to pick it up at another dealer. All negotiations had been done previously, af to beg him to let me purchase one) sat there and waited while he went to pick it up at another dealer. All negotiations had been done previously, after waiting 45 minutes, I called and he told me that the one he promised me was already sold. Was offered no other call nor any other solutions. Basically a waste of my time after countless phone calls etc. Will never use them again. Had been a loyal customer since 2002. Service has gone downhill since move to location outide of Beverly Hills as well. More

Neda acts like she is doing you a favor to sell you a car. We out an application in on a certified pre-owned BMW and it was approved then she said "the certification was removed from the car."..really.. car. We out an application in on a certified pre-owned BMW and it was approved then she said "the certification was removed from the car."..really..that seems a bit unrealistic. BMW s go through a lengthy process to be Certified and certification is not just deleted overnight. Neda then assured us she would find another vehicle and call us back..it's been a week and haven't heard from her. Meanwhile, we purchased a beautiful CPO from Ed at pacific BMW..thanks for nothing Neda. By the way, we had previously outs chased a BMW from her...great way to treat a repeat customer. More
I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i from Yoram Ribo in February 2013. A week after I purchased the car one of the speakers was not working so I took it to South Bay BMW for service. Upon looking at my vehicle, the 2013. A week after I purchased the car one of the speakers was not working so I took it to South Bay BMW for service. Upon looking at my vehicle, the BMW Service Advisor immeediatley told me that work could not be done on the car since the car had obviously been in an accident and had repairs done on the driver door, voiding the warranty. He also pointed out that the front bumper was not centered. So I decided to take it into the service department at Beverly Hills BMW the follwoing week and they verified that the door has been damaged in an accident somehow and definitely needed repairs. The service dept manager, Carmela, made sure that the door was bent back the best service could do. However, the door still does not open/shut properly at all. It is even causing wear to the rear door rubber lining. After two visits and complaining to the sales department, they finally decided to repair the misaligned bumper. It wasn't even done that well. I have been told that this is all service can do and they need your authorization to get any body work done on the door. I just don't think it's right that I am stuck with over $1,200 in repairs for a car that I purchased from Beverly Hills BMW. I was not notified of any damage to the car when I purchased the car and did not realize the issue until I tried using another BMW door. And when you look closely, even the paint on the door is not the original paint like the rest the car. The door has to be shut very hard for it to even close. I tried emailing and calling the General Manager of the dealership, Sebastian Valente, several times and he has not responded to me once. I would not be surprised by this issue if I had purchased the car from a small used dealership, but this shouldn't be happening at Beverly Hills BMW. I bought a car that was still under warranty for a reason. I really hope this can be resolved. I really just want a driver door that works properly. More

Alex helped us through the process and gave us a MUCH better deal than Carmax or SouthBay even offered. Alex worked through the numbers, and our options with us throughout the whole process. Unlike other places, I never felt pressured into a deal that I didn't want and walked away incredibly happy with the whole experience. My only regret was not going there to lease our car originally.
