Neda made the process very smooth and easy for us. She got to a reasonable price very quickly and was very nice. We had been shopping around for 2 months and were lucky Neda helped us close the deal. got to a reasonable price very quickly and was very nice. After test driving a used 335i we sat down to negotiate a price when Joseph said their prices were already lower than anyone elses, they move a lot of cars and the price was non-negotiable. I told them thei price when Joseph said their prices were already lower than anyone elses, they move a lot of cars and the price was non-negotiable. I told them their prices were not the lowest and that I was prepared to make a very reasonable offer. Joseph stood up and smiled and showed us out...how arrogant he was...I've never been treated this way. They should advertise if their prices are non-negotiable. I purchased a very similar car later that same day from another dealer - Century West BMW - for about $2,500 less with no hassle and treated professionaly. More
Brought a 2-month old 328ci in for service because the car would not cool off. It took two visits to this dealer before their service experts discovered/admitted that the a/c was working at only 70% capac car would not cool off. It took two visits to this dealer before their service experts discovered/admitted that the a/c was working at only 70% capacity. The car was often too hot to ride in. In year-and-a-half interim between the complaint and the fix, I was given ridiculous explanations like: "The a/c works by pulling moisture from the air, and since you live in a dry environment, it won't work as well." So much for German engineering. Several months later, I brought the car in again because the hood came loose while driving on the freeway. I was told that this was a problem with the new 3-Series, so I brought the car in and it was ostensibly fixed -- only a couple months later the hood came loose yet again while driving on the freeway. It ultimately took two trips to this dealer in order to fix an issue so dangerous, it could have cost lives. Among them, my own. Or yours, if you were the one next to me on the I-10 that day. In comparison to that, the other stuff seems like griping, but it's not irrelevant: I would make an appointment for service, but would still have to wait an hour. I'd be promised a loaner, only to find out no loaner was available. I'd then be promised a rental, only to find out no rental was available. Rarely would I get a call telling me that my car was ready for pick-up, forcing me to check daily to see what sort of progress was being made. Unfortunately, this brand-new car had a litany of problems and it seemed that I was always at the mercy of the merclilessly incompetent folks in Service: (among the minor woes: the headrest motor broke, trunk release broke twice, the convertible top wouldn't go down). After 3 years, the car only has 16,000 miles -- that's how much I loved driving it. Then, the last straw with this Ultimate Driving Machine -- I hit a pot-hole on La Cienega and blew 3 tires. Not one, not two, but three. I was told that the run-flats will do that: Go Flat. Go figure. And go somewhere else, if you can. More
First impression - pretentious and discriminating. Security guard refused to let us park our Japanese minivan in their parking lot and made us move our car to street parking, meanwhile, other customer Security guard refused to let us park our Japanese minivan in their parking lot and made us move our car to street parking, meanwhile, other customers driving up in Corvettes and Benz were given access to park anywhere they want. did the switch and bait on the preowned 0,9% interest for car interested in and said that car did not have the special financing, only applied to 3 series. Sales person was very nice and professional, but he was only a puppet in going back and forth on the negotiations. Had to walk since pricing was not something we were able to agree. After hearing other complaints about this dealership, maybe it was a good thing we didnt stay longer as we may have ended up with even more violated with their type of deals. More
Came in to get the missing bracket for license plate installed, because upon request via telephone, an employee promised it would be done quickly. First thing they do when we bring in the car to have t installed, because upon request via telephone, an employee promised it would be done quickly. First thing they do when we bring in the car to have this simple task done is accuse us of having the bracket already installed but "getting into an accident," "impact," "mysterious theft," etc. causing the bracket and license plate to "fall off." Their illogical, accusatory argument comes across as reluctance to accept that they sold the car w/o ever placing the bracket in the first place, dumping the blame and responsibility upon the customer. Rudeness, dishonesty, and irresponsibility in one package. Not surprising why they have so many dissatisfied customers. Not worth our time when simple service which customers should be getting is being denied. More
I got 2011 750Li from this dealer. Sale person was Neda Shahrokhi. Bad experience, she is so rude. The terms explained on the phone, changed when it came to buying, which includes monthly payment also. I s Shahrokhi. Bad experience, she is so rude. The terms explained on the phone, changed when it came to buying, which includes monthly payment also. I should have got that in writing(email), before visiting this dealer. I should have visited this site, before buying from them. I will not buy/lease from them again and also will not recommend any of my friends and family. More
Terrible service, and extremely rude service advisor. Never again. BTW, my original issue was never fixed. The service advisor(Donna) has no idea what she's talking about, she needs to really learn Never again. BTW, my original issue was never fixed. The service advisor(Donna) has no idea what she's talking about, she needs to really learn a thing or two about her job. My impression is, she doesn't care. More
Nasty, rude, and unprofessional. I was about to buy a car from them. They didn't have all the options I wanted on the car, but Neda, my salesperson, said that the car I was looking for didn't come with car from them. They didn't have all the options I wanted on the car, but Neda, my salesperson, said that the car I was looking for didn't come with all the options I wanted. She said they didn't come with that interior, or the Mpackage. She even brought in her manager and asked him how many of this car he has seen with as many options as the car they had on the lot, "none" he responded. I even asked her to look around quickly for me, she said she didn't have to... that she was aware of all available models and options out there. Then, Presto! I found one across town that did. Sooo, I started negotiations for a lease. Before my deal was closed Neda called me and I informed her politely that I HAD found the car she didn't say existed and was probably going to purchase it. When I told her, she lost her mind and screamed at me,screamed. Saying that I should not have test driven her car if I was going to buy from someone else. That I had wasted her time (so if I test drive it, Ihave to buy it?). She even began to lecture me, preempting it by saying, "Let me give you a little lecture on life." um... no thanks Neda, I'll pass. All in all it was sad. They lied and bullied and when they didn't get the deal.... they insulted. More
Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Don't answer the phone; don't return phone calls. Will charge whatever they want and will not give you your car back unless you pay. This is basically, i answer the phone; don't return phone calls. Will charge whatever they want and will not give you your car back unless you pay. This is basically, in my opinion, and extortion racket. I would not recommend that anyone go there for warranty service on their car. More
I bought my first BMW a few years from these guys. I went back today to buy a used M3 convertible. The sales person and I talked at length about the warrranty. We went into specific details that things like back today to buy a used M3 convertible. The sales person and I talked at length about the warrranty. We went into specific details that things like the roof, electrical, power train etc would be covered, but things like brakes, battery and oil changes would not be. I was ok with that. We agreed to the price, trade-in etc. I even started signing papers (after the credit check and other formalities). Then the guy (who was making me sign the papers), tried to sell me an extended warranty. He told me that this car had NO warranty on it - which was one of the most critical things that I wanted - and had made that clear 4 hrs ago to the sales guy. Thus, eventually after 4+ hrs, I had to walk away with no car. I do not recommend these guys - be careful and make sure you are getting what you want and what they tell u. BTW - The sales guy, did not apologize once! More
