Went to meet Carlos to pick up my new car (after having to beg him to let me purchase one) sat there and waited while he went to pick it up at another dealer. All negotiations had been done previously, after waiting 45 minutes, I called and he told me that the one he promised me was already sold. Was offered no other call nor any other solutions. Basically a waste of my time after countless phone calls etc. Will never use them again. Had been a loyal customer since 2002. Service has gone downhill since move to location outide of Beverly Hills as well. More

Neda acts like she is doing you a favor to sell you a car. We out an application in on a certified pre-owned BMW and it was approved then she said "the certification was removed from the car."..really.. car. We out an application in on a certified pre-owned BMW and it was approved then she said "the certification was removed from the car."..really..that seems a bit unrealistic. BMW s go through a lengthy process to be Certified and certification is not just deleted overnight. Neda then assured us she would find another vehicle and call us back..it's been a week and haven't heard from her. Meanwhile, we purchased a beautiful CPO from Ed at pacific BMW..thanks for nothing Neda. By the way, we had previously outs chased a BMW from her...great way to treat a repeat customer. More
I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i from Yoram Ribo in February 2013. A week after I purchased the car one of the speakers was not working so I took it to South Bay BMW for service. Upon looking at my vehicle, the 2013. A week after I purchased the car one of the speakers was not working so I took it to South Bay BMW for service. Upon looking at my vehicle, the BMW Service Advisor immeediatley told me that work could not be done on the car since the car had obviously been in an accident and had repairs done on the driver door, voiding the warranty. He also pointed out that the front bumper was not centered. So I decided to take it into the service department at Beverly Hills BMW the follwoing week and they verified that the door has been damaged in an accident somehow and definitely needed repairs. The service dept manager, Carmela, made sure that the door was bent back the best service could do. However, the door still does not open/shut properly at all. It is even causing wear to the rear door rubber lining. After two visits and complaining to the sales department, they finally decided to repair the misaligned bumper. It wasn't even done that well. I have been told that this is all service can do and they need your authorization to get any body work done on the door. I just don't think it's right that I am stuck with over $1,200 in repairs for a car that I purchased from Beverly Hills BMW. I was not notified of any damage to the car when I purchased the car and did not realize the issue until I tried using another BMW door. And when you look closely, even the paint on the door is not the original paint like the rest the car. The door has to be shut very hard for it to even close. I tried emailing and calling the General Manager of the dealership, Sebastian Valente, several times and he has not responded to me once. I would not be surprised by this issue if I had purchased the car from a small used dealership, but this shouldn't be happening at Beverly Hills BMW. I bought a car that was still under warranty for a reason. I really hope this can be resolved. I really just want a driver door that works properly. More

Alex helped us through the process and gave us a MUCH better deal than Carmax or SouthBay even offered. Alex worked through the numbers, and our options with us throughout the whole process. Unlike other places, I never felt pressured into a deal that I didn't want and walked away incredibly happy with the whole experience. My only regret was not going there to lease our car originally. I had an excellent experience leasing my new BMW! Yoram was very helpful and worked hard to get me a great deal on a car I had in mind. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my deal. I was very helpful and worked hard to get me a great deal on a car I had in mind. I had a used 2010 335i shipped. From start to finish this was a huge headache to work with this dealership. Not going to list everything but I will say I should have sent the car back considering the front b was a huge headache to work with this dealership. Not going to list everything but I will say I should have sent the car back considering the front bumper was attached with 8 different screws that looked like I could have done myself. Stay away from this place!! I cannot believe that BMW would allow certified cars to be sold in the condition that I received mine. More

I was referred by a friend to this dealership because of her recent experience in buying a used car. So, even though I live in Orange County I called and actually got to the General Mangager, Sebastian to i her recent experience in buying a used car. So, even though I live in Orange County I called and actually got to the General Mangager, Sebastian to inquire about a new model that was coming out that my wife wanted. He assured me that although I was quite a distance away, it would be worth my while. So I payed a visit and he had Charles talk to me to discuss exactly what I wanted on the car and the price I can expect to pay. Thankfully, since it was a brand new model for the US, they were still willing to offer a price that no other dealership would even come close to. The GM assured that our car was delivered within the range of expected date and at the price we wanted. The dealership played no games and made my wife and I very happy. Charles and Emilio personally delivered my car and explained everything to us on how everything operated including all the "techi gadgets" . I would recommend Beverly Hills BMW to anyone. They were right - even though they weren"t in my neighborhood, it was worth the trip. Ron K. More
They repaired the Recall on the BMW Battery cable (5 and 6 series 2004-10) and one week later the Battery Safety Terminal went bad (attached by a wire to the part they repaired). They wanted $870.00 to fix 6 series 2004-10) and one week later the Battery Safety Terminal went bad (attached by a wire to the part they repaired). They wanted $870.00 to fix that. The service representative was rude and said I was just trying to avoid paying by blaming them for their faulty repair work. It's obviously related to the recall repair they did since it's connected directly to the place they worked on. They denied responsibility and said it was just an unusual coincidence, andI had to pay to get it fixed. I even spoke w/ the highest level supervisor in the Service department, and he was rude and basically hung up on me. The recall is suppossed to be free and mandated by the NHTSA (Goverment) so I reported them, and also reported them to the BBB, and California DA Consumer Affairs. More
