Read all review and run! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would expect higher customer service from people that are trying to sell in an upscale market. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would expect higher customer service from people that are trying to sell in an upscale market. These sales people and managers should be working at Sears which is about to go under. They sold a car I had an appointment to buy before I arrived. I was paying cash and they even called the same day to confirm my appointment. I called to make sure everything was ready and was told the sales person, Erica was not working that day. Then Gabby told me to ask for her. I asked what time she was there until and she told me "until we close." I hate to tell you this Gabby, but I don't work there and don't know your hours. Nor do I care. I asked what time. Understanding that Gabby might not be the the brightest bulb in the pack I called back to speak to a manager and was told they had just sold the car. To say I was upset is an understatement. The manager actually told me it was illigal fo hold a car. What???? Erica did not mention this when she told me it would be washed and out front wating for me at 4pm. Nor does it mention it being illegal in any law book. What an stupid thing to say to a very well researched consumer. I asked a manager to call me back and not to my surprise, no one did. I bought someplace else and got a better car at a better price with no problem. And guess what? The other dealership was legally able to hold the car until I got there with my cash. I am a psychotherapist and am never suprised at what can come out of an ignorant mouth. Do not buy from here. Read all the reviews. More

My car has been in and out of the shop non-stop with one issue after another. I would take it in for regular service and maintenance, and 3 days later, a light would pop on saying something else was wrong-- something that should have been picked up when the car was being serviced two days ago. (Sometimes it was silly things like the washer fluid being low, other times it was things like a giant oil leak). Because there were so many things constantly going wrong, I made sure to purchase the extended warranty for close to $6K that also included tire coverage. Lo and behold, when I developed a tire issue, that particular thing that was wrong was not covered by my warranty. I shelled out in excess of $1K for tire replacement. So then my warranty runs out. There was no way I was shelling out another $6K so I figured I'd just start going to someplace other than the dealer. But this happens: I fail my smog test. This on a car that's about 5 years old and has been having regular maintenance. The smog guy tells me that it's my catalytic converter and that's unusual for a car this new and that I should look into whether it's covered by the California Emissions warranty, which is usually longer than the regular warranty. I call BMW and am dismissively told that it's not covered by California's warranty. Something didn't sound right about that and I'm sure he detected my skepticism when I said "Hmm, okay, thanks." BMW called back a few moments later to tell me it wasn't covered by the California warranty, but was covered by the Federal warranty. So I brought it in for repairs on a Thursday morning. My car was having several other issues, so I figured that since I was there, I'd get an estimate on those repairs. The SA Carolina Yi told me that for EACH of the 4 issues I'd listed, there was a $205 diagnosis fee (i.e., over$800 just to diagnose), but out of the goodness of her heart, she'd only charge me for one fee. However, she said, if I got any of the recommended repairs, the cost of the diagnosis would be subsumed in the repair cost and so I'd only pay the repair fee. Great. I knew that at a minimum, I needed to get new brake pads, so I figured I'd save the diagnosis fee anyway. While I'm talking to her, some smarmy guy comes by hawking new tires and tells me the thread on two of my tires is low and I should really think about replacing them. Uh huh. So I drop the car off onThursday morning, By Friday evening I had heard nothing. I called and called and finally got a text message from Carolina Yi saying they were "still diagnosing" and she'd call me back on Monday. I explained I needed my car for work and really needed to know how long it would be. She said she wouldn't know until Monday. I asked for a loaner and was told I'd be put "on the list." They didn't even offer an Enterprise voucher as they'd done in the past. I therefore was forced to go out of pocket and rent a car so I could take my kids to school and myself to work the following week. I get no call on Monday so had to call again to inquire about the status. "Still being diagnosed.") So I had to ask for them to remove my children's car seats and leave them for me to pick them up. When I show up at the dealership on Monday evening, Carolina is nowhere to be found and the people who hand me my car seats don't even offer to help me bring them to my rental. Then I see Carolina as I'm walking out and she just ignores me and hops in a car and drives away. Unbelievable customer service!. On Tuesday I get a call that she has an estimate on the repairs. Check this out: One of the things I had asked about was one of my keys was no longer working. They determined the entire key needed to be reprogrammed. Cost: $418.65. My driver side mirror was always resetting everytime I turned the car on. They claimed it was the motor that needed replacing. Cost: $691.00. I didn't just need break pads, apparently. I needed rotors too. Cost: $1068. Then I apparently had a MASSIVE oil leak. Cost to repair $4233. The tires they wanted me to replace- cost: $791 plus alignment-another $250. Are these people SERIOUS????!! It was so obviously them trying to get over on an unsuspecting customer! Since I knew I really did have a brake issue, I authorized the brake and rotor repair for $1068. I figured I'd take the car elsewhere for all of the other stuff and probably pay a fraction of the price. Ms. Yi then says she'll see if she can knock some off the charge off on my brake repair. I told her that would be great, because it's a big charge. When i pick up my car on Wednesday morning, my bill is $1300. They still charged me the $205 "diagnostic" charge, even though I was told it would be included. No discount. And guess what-- I still haven't passed my smog test. I will never buy another BMW and never go back here. More

A month later, the car stopped abruptly in the middle of a busy intersection during rush hour with no warning. I called BH BMW and was put on hold for 30 mins before being told it would take an hour to get a tow truck out (meanwhile still stuck inside my car in the intersection). The staff and manager were incompetent and rude. They were unable to provide the services and benefits promised to me when I purchased the car. More

I exactly new the model I wanted, I have excellent credit rating, yet the transaction lasted for four and a half hours. I drove to the dealership on my own car, and asked them if they can deliver the new or the old car to my home. "No problem" was their quick answer. After I signed the paperwork and they showed me the bells and whistles of the car, 4.5 hours into the process, they noticed that they did not have the spare key, the owner's manual and the tow hitch covers for the car. I, stupidly, agreed to have them all delivered at once, so they don't have to drive to my house twice. The salesperson, Schane promised to call me this morning with their ETA. When I called him at noon to find out how much longer I have to wait he told me that the missing parts were "on their way" from another dealership, and they will deliver everything either before 6 PM today, when I was supposed to leave home, or early tomorrow morning. I patiently waited again until 5:30 to find out about the delivery. They were scrambling for a while and finally found out that they had all my stuff. Yesteerday Schane gave me his cell phone number, so I can get a hold of him withoput delay. Every time I called, the call immediately went on voicemail. I had to call their main number, and had to be transferred over and over again. The manager Cliff did not want to deal with my issue, kept referring me back to Schane. Finally I had to cancel my evening plans, still sitting at home at 8 PM, 24 hours later, waitng for their delivery. They are kind, funny and polite to you until they sing your money out of your pocket, but you get the cold shoulder the minute you sign the paperwork. Awful manners, awful customer service from a supposedly high end dealership. More

Drove the car off the lot only to have it break down before I got it home (sounds cliché but it is absolutely true). Contacted the dealership who told me the car was fine when they sold it to me (I guess so, it made it off the lot!). The repairs cost close to $2000 dollars. The dealership made it sound like they would pay at least a portion of the repairs. They have not reimbursed any of the expenses. In addition I was notified that the title could not be transferred until I had the car smog checked. Another expense and hassle. Read the reviews. The BBB revoked their accreditation in March of 2014, wish I had known. Hopefully this review will help at least one person from becoming a fool. More

I recently leased a new 2015 BMW M4 and had some issues with my $1000 holiday credit. To Francisco's credit and Beverly Hills BMW management, this issue was resolved in a professional and reasonable manner. The wife and I went to BH BMW and I really hate going to car shop. It is so stressfull and I always feel like I am getting screwed. Francisco was undoubtedly the best car sales person I have ever worked with. Even when there was an issue and of course I doubted anything would be done about it, Francisco and Beverly Hill BMW came through. We love our new 2015 M4 and we appreciate the service we received! After some brief conversations and trying to get their true price a little lower, a manager wrote me back, stating that if you can't afford a few extra dollars, maybe it is not the right car for you...that should have been my first clue about BMW of Beverly Hills. Having purchased over 50 cars in my life, I have never come across a sales manager as rude as that one. More
Worst customer service ever experienced STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! If a negative rating were possible I would not think twice before giving it to this dealership. Before arriving at BMW my husb STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! If a negative rating were possible I would not think twice before giving it to this dealership. Before arriving at BMW my husband and I had contacted the dealership regarding a specific car. We we arrived we were told Neda Shahrokhi would be our sales person but was with another client so her assistant would help us. In the entire time at the dealership we were only with Neda for 1 min while she introduced herself and then had another person who seemed to be in training take us on a test drive. When we got back we decided we wanted to work out a deal on the car but Neda was still not available so a third person, Rafael, was brought to us to work out the details. Part of our deal was that they would take over my current Volkswagon lease which included two payments and a turn in fee. We were then sent to financing where we waited for an hour an a half before finally asking what was taking so long. At that point, the finance guy came out and said that he had never been given our paperwork and didn't know we were waiting. While handling the deal with him he seemed to become very annoyed with us because we didn't want to purchase additional warranties. He was so concerned and pushy over the warranties that he forgot to take a down payment on the vehicle so later that evening we received several phone calls from him for the payment. We had arranged to actually pick the BMW up the next day so this seemed a bit excessive. The next day when I came to pick up the car and turn in my lease not only had it not been detailed as promised but the touchups that Rafael said would make the minor dings look completely like new looked like crap. The car was also missing the owners manual and spare key which I was assured by Erica would be sent by fedex that week. A month went by and I still had received nothing. At this time I was also contacted by Volkswagen regarding my payment that had never been made on the car. I was also told by VW that the car had never been turned in. This is where my main troubles started with BMW. I called and emailed Neda -no response. I called and emailed the three main managers: Cliff Nguyen, Tasos Theodorou and Kevin Herlehy and again received no response. I could not believe that not a single person at the dealership would call or email me back. This is when VW stepped in and made a call for me. Somehow they ended up in contact with Shaun Duron who was in charge of esales. I have to say Shaun was very nice and the only one willing to help me even though the matter didn't concern him. After speaking with him I learned that BMW had no idea where my VW was located. After a week the car was found and I was assured the payment would be made. While BMW did turn the car in the payment was never made. Over the next two months I spent several hours calling and emailing BMW to have the payment made. Finally, Kevin Herlehy the general manager said if I fax him the invoice the payment would be made. I did that and he said the payment was being sent out. The next month I was again contacted by VW because the payment had not been made. When I contacted Kevin he was very short with me and said the payment was sent out a long time ago. When I asked for a receipt he then said the payment had not been made. Finally, this past month a payment was made to VW, unfortunately BMW went back on their word to pay the turn in fee and the payment was $350 short. So after 5 months of stress and frustration and more wasted hours than I can count BMW couldn't even hold up their end of the deal. Stay away from this dealership, they have no regard for the customers. More
