Disloyal and conniving sales people. Deals that were made and then broken. The list goes on. It was quite disheartening and we almost got to the point where we were reconsidering purchasing a new car all together. Enter Ara Durgaryan. In our last attempt to salvage our car buying experience, I contacted Ara at BMWofBH. From the beginning, Ara was attentive and responsive to all my questions and inquiries about my car of interest. He would keep me posted and updated me throughout the day, even into the later hours of the evening. We live in the southern most tip of San Diego County, and the drive up to Beverly Hills is quite the excursion. I made it known to Ara that if we were to come up to purchase the car, I wanted to make sure everything was in place for a smooth transition and purchase. Working with Ara, that was exactly what we got. The negotiation took no longer than that first day, and we were on our way up the next morning to pick up our new car. Even prior to heading up, Ara kept us updated on the car by tracking it down, sending pictures to us, and making sure we were in good hands. On arrival, we finally met Ara, and everything was set in motion. No funny business. No headache. No nonsense. No wait. It was easy and effortless. The experience was actually enjoyable. Imagine that! We test drove the car, started the paperwork and in a few short hours, we were on our way back to SD with a new car. It was quite a refreshing experience after all we had been through with previous dealerships. We got a great deal working with his Sales Managers, Mike Forouzan and Toufie Sarwan, and I left impressed by BMWofBH and especially with Ara. He made the whole process simple and you could really feel that he did his best to provide great care for us and provide a good overall experience. His service alone earns the dealership a 5 star review. After our time at BMW of Beverly Hills, we highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend working with Ara. He has restored our faith in the car sales industry with both his professionalism and his personal touch. Ara and BMWofBH went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our purchase and will be referring all of our friends and family here. Ara was great to work with and definitely someone we will contact again for our future car purchasing/leasing needs, even if it is quite the drive for us to get there. BMWofBH has gained a loyal customer. If you're tired of the monotony and dealing with nightmare dealerships, do yourself a favor and contact BMW of Beverly Hills. Failure to Complete Required Recall I sought out this dealer for a mandatory airbag recall, long ago having left this dealership service center for its inconsistent work. The first time I sought out this dealer for a mandatory airbag recall, long ago having left this dealership service center for its inconsistent work. The first time, I was kept waiting 45 minutes, but agreed to come back a second time for the "final" replacement of the recalled item. On the second attempt, I left the car for five hours. The part was not replaced; in fact, I was told that the part was not in stock. Furthermore, the dealer found $3000 worth of repairs they recommended, and then offered to give me a loaner car while those repair were to be completed. The car, that had no obvious trouble when I drove it in, was returned prior to the repairs mis-firing, and almost impossible to drive. I did take it one mile to my service station that found some damage done to the ignition and spark plugs. These were replaced and the car drove without issue. I made repairs, and replaced the tires, radiator, thermostat for $2000 and the car is fine, but without the mandatory airbag. This service center at BMW is disorganized and chaotic. Later we find that there was in fact an accident reported on Carfax which effects the value of the car and resale value. It's not fair for the dealer to reap the benefits of marketing the car as such and when it turns out not to be the case fix the problem and make any corrections that reflex the actual value. In my opinion, this is shady business practice and customers should not support this type of activity. If you're really set on buying a BMW, I recommend getting the car Nick Alexander BMW. I've had issue with them too but Elizabeth Alexander always made an effort to make right what was wrong. More

Used car buyers BEWARE I recently bought a fully loaded Mazda 6 Grand Touring used from BMW of Beverly Hills given the reputation they are supposed to have. It turned out to I recently bought a fully loaded Mazda 6 Grand Touring used from BMW of Beverly Hills given the reputation they are supposed to have. It turned out to be far less positive than I had hoped. I took a Lyft from 75 miles away and everything looked good so I bought the car. A few facts that are relevant to my experience -- They told me that they replace brakes and tires if they have less than half-life remaining so I wouldn't have to worry about that. They told me there was a second key and remote that they would find and send to me. I had my own financing so I didn't need theirs. They next morning a warning light came on. They told me to take my car to a Mazda dealership to get it repaired and they would "make it right". I did that and was actually able, through a connection, to get an exception on the repair which meant that it saved BMW any cost for the work. But, in that service they discovered that a brake pad was at less than 25% remaining. If I hadn't taken the car in for this issue, I would have been under the assumption that it had at least 50% due to their policy. They agreed to cover the cost of the brake replacement (that's good). Subsequently, they told me they weren't able to locate the other key and that they wouldn't pay for a new one (will cost me more than $300 -- wouldn't be an issue if they hadn't told me it would be sent to me). They weren't considerate of the fact I had my car in the shop for 7 days in the first 8 days of owning it or that I spent about 6 hours dealing with this issue. Finally, they ended up financing through BMW WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I had my own financing and they had that information. It has taken a lot of time to get this all resolved and I'm very disappointed that this dealership has failed to live up to the standards and reputation of BMW. More

I contacted this dealer trying to buy a car (2011 328i wagon the very 1st day that it was listed on cars.com The sales person couldn't find the car as it was not at the facility, I had to forward him the ad, (I did so on the 23rd of December, the same day the ad appeared). I told him I wanted it and then was promised that they would send forms to me to sign (the following day). The weekend came and went with no word so I sent another request, the form finally arrived and it was returned Absolutely NO reply to my REPEATED phone calls and emails Worst attempt to purchase a used vehicle EVER ZERO replies to repeated phone calls and emails WOW!
