Bad customer service. Once purchased, no one willing to help Bought brand new, fully loaded Series 8. While the purchase part was relatively smooth but there were a few issues : The car was dirty from sitting Bought brand new, fully loaded Series 8. While the purchase part was relatively smooth but there were a few issues : The car was dirty from sitting on the lot for 5 months, metallic parts had started pitting, there was a ding on the door, the battery had not been maintained properly etc. I was promised all this would be taken care of in no time but 3 months later and after many frustrating exchanges nothing has been done. Certainly not the experience you expect after spending $150K on a luxury car. I have all the evidence documented, including email exchanges and pictures and am filing a complaint through BMW Customer service USA (who have been very reactive so far). Probably a case of too little to late though so I will look elsewhere for my next car. More

Beverly Hills BMW is the only place I’ll ever buy my next bmw from in LA. The entire process of getting into my next bmw was so easy and pleasant. I’ve been in the market for the M340i for a month now and knew the exact lease deal that I wanted. I knew all the numbers and aimed for a standard 10% off Msrp as a discount. I found the car I wanted and sent a message saying I was interested in leasing it via their website. A sales associate named Alex Pahomi replied. He was absolutely accommodating on everything I asked for and made the whole experience so simple and easy. Absolutely ask for Alex P when you go to buy/lease a bmw. He’ll take care of you and tell him “sandeep white m340i” refereed you. Also don’t waste your time at any other bmw dealer in SoCal. The best deals and lowest prices for any given model is at bmw Beverly Hills. I shopped my lease around to McKenna and Crevier bmw and they could not get close to what I got at Beverly Hills bmw. Absolutely don’t go to McKenna as they are NOT a volume based dealer and you will 100% not get the best discount off msrp. Go to Beverly Hills and ask for Alex. The rest will be history. More

Once I decided on the car, Beverly Hills BMW was quick to have it ready a dealerships who did not respond or get their numbers together quick enough. Once I decided on the car, Beverly Hills BMW was quick to have it ready and waiting for me. They gave me an excellent price without haggling. David, the BMW Genius, has been extremely helpful walking me through navigating the complex technical features of the car. They have been very accommodating. More
