I dealt with four different people. Clean, spacious waiting area. Offered bottle water several times. Everyone was courteous. The finance gal was delightful. Hilarious actually, putting me at ease as my credit cards were run. And the crowning touch, was driving away in my sparkling clean 740i, past the security guard who grinned, flashed me a thumbs up and hollered "you look GOOD!" More
