I purchased a 2019 530E from Jeremy, who was very nice. 3 months in the car died completely on the road. They guaranteed this car as pre certified and could not offer the full warranty because I was the 3 months in the car died completely on the road. They understand why I am upset, but the dealership is who is ultimately responsible. The manager was asked several times to contact me and never has. Jeremy even reached out to see if he has. I cannot get Paymon in the phone. It cost me close to 4 grand in repairs. All from them not checking the 12 volt batteries before I bought the car. More

Had a seemless experience at Beverly Hills BMW. I have been a long-term lessee and/or owner of BMW's from this dealership for at least ten years always because of Neda in sales who provides an exemplary service. The service department however has been a d this dealership for at least ten years always because of Neda in sales who provides an exemplary service. The service department however has been a disappointment many times but none worse than today when i appeared for my 2nd recall within 4 months due to BMW brake deficiency. I was mistreated, insulted and generally berated by employees who were unable to return my vehicle to me after I was told first that the letter re recall was an error and no recall was necessary and then told it was necessary but no loaner person was available to provide me a car. I explained that a family emergency required my immediate departure and it took 20 minutes to return my car to me. Lastly, the female employee managing the loaner car arrangement was impudent, insulting and out of control. i don't need such treatment and will not return to that dealer. I would not suggest anyone else to enter that dealership as they appear to be short of staff and attract untrained employees. Sadly, I lose the one asset of Neda for my next car. More
