I buy 4 to 5 brand new cars a year ranging from Jaguar/Merc Bev Smith Toyota has turned out to be one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. I buy 4 to 5 brand new cars a year ranging from Jaguar/Mercedes to Cadillac to Toyota. The sales department at Bev Smith is fantastic however, it's the service department that outshines even sales. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Wahl who is the Service Director. Bill is an honest and straight shooter. If he doesn't know something, he isn't afraid of telling you so but he does eventually find out an answer. I think one of the best assets that Bev Smith Toyota has is Adam Hamill who is the Asst. Service Manager. I've known Adam for many years and he continues to get things right and doesn't waste time doing it. Adam treats his customers more like family than a person writing a check for services rendered. I am treated like a true VIP customer when I come to Bev Smith Toyota and quite frankly, in today's day and age, it's refreshing! More

There was a young salesman, I Think his name was Nick, I am not sure that was very helpful to us , helping us with bluetooth and the gps. Take my car in for regular maintenance as scheduled. Every time I take the car in I get a call at work that something else needs to be replaced, which is never the case. Last time I was told rotors wer Every time I take the car in I get a call at work that something else needs to be replaced, which is never the case. Last time I was told rotors were completely rusted and brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced at a cost of $710. When questioned, the service manager told me that they could just turn the rotors to reduce cost. I declined additional service once again. This time I took it to two other Toyota service departments and ask them to evaluate the brakes. Both told me that my rotors were fine and that my brake pads had plenty of service left on them. Needless to say I am not going back to Bev Smith for service in the future, tired of them trying to add additional service items that are not needed nor warranted. I have also talked to other people who have a Toyota and they state the same tactics with additional service being told needs to be done on their vehicle. So if you have service done at this dealership beware and be smart. Get a second opinion, glad that I did. More
I was with my uncle and we took his Toyota Tacoma in to get regular maintenance at the Service department. while waiting for the truck to be serviced Mario one of the salesmen came over and told my uncle get regular maintenance at the Service department. while waiting for the truck to be serviced Mario one of the salesmen came over and told my uncle how getting into a new truck would save him money overtime. Mario was very nice and helpful during the process of getting my uncle into a nice new truck. My 2008 Toyota Solara with only approximately 25,000 miles needed to be brought in because all the warning lights came on, the radio stopped working, the driver's lights turned off, basicly anything ele miles needed to be brought in because all the warning lights came on, the radio stopped working, the driver's lights turned off, basicly anything electrical stopped working. I was told to drive in the car, even though the owners manual said stop driving the car immediately. I brought the car in at 7:30am. I was told I would have a diagnosis in a hour. At 2:45pm (7.75 hours later)I was told the alternator needed to be replaced and it needed to be ordered. I got my car back 3 days later. Long story short, the same thing kept happening and it was brought back to Bev Smith 4 times for repairs. Twice the car needed to be towed because it wasn't operational. When it needed to be fixed for a 5th time they turned me away and told me to go to another dealership because they could not fix the car and had no idea what was wrong with it.. I brought it to Treasure Coast Toyota, in Stuart. Within a few hours they were able to pin point ONE of the problems. I am currently battling with Bev Smith to pay for my current service bill. I would never recommend the service department to anyone. More
I called and asked the price of a front end alignment and was given a firm price. It was somewhat high. I brought the vehicle in and had the work done. When I got the bill it was $5.00 higher than the quote. It had a charge for Misc shop supplies or fluids. I questioned it because there is no fluid or parts involved in an alignment. I was told that it was an automatic charge added, by their computer, to every service invoice. I refused to pay it and got confronted by the Service Manager who, while agreeing with me that my argument was correct, told me that he could not remove it from the bill. But he would give me a credit for $5.00 against my next service. I told him not to bother because they would never see the vehicle again More
Service writer very unprofessional, could not answer simple questions. Next service sticker not put on car nor was the service indicator reset to the next service date with corresponding mileage. I had to bring this to service writer's attention who could really care less. He instructed the employee who drives the vehicles back to service to obtain the new sticker for my vehicle. Is is not the service writer's responsiblity to ensure that the customers vehicle has been service properly? My money is good but your service has much to be desired. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this agency and there will not be another purchase anytime in the future. I believe the only thing left for me to do is trade my Toyota in on a Ford where I will be treated with respect. I would not recommend Bev Smith to anyone who is interested in a new car or who has a Toyota that needs service where the customer should treated with respect and is not at this dealership. More
