Service 2 Thumbs down Have an 8:15am appt for an oil change and wash. By 10:10am was still waiting, Fred my service provider was a dud! When i did get my truck back....no wash,radio was blasting, driver seat completely readjusted, mirrors readjusted, windshield fluid not topped off, my paper work in the console was rifled through and there's a small dent in my rear quarter panel. Totally discussed! I bought the truck there and was treated fantastic by Francisco. I have a call into the service manager Shane but 2 hrs later still waiting for the return call. Shame on you BevSmith Toyota. More

I will continue to go to this dealership as Sean and his team made the experience amazing. My Toyota needed a fix for a recall and my husband and I decided on a oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush and 100,000 mile check as well. The removal of one of my children’s car seats took Sean and two other strong men (wish i would have take a picture!), eventually getting it out safely. Rental car experience was awesome and I had my minivan back the next day! Definitely recommend as it is SO important to make people (like me who know NOTHING about cars comfortable). I did not bat an eye on the information being presented to me and felt confident that my van was being taken care of. Always take care of your car! More
