I received a call from my daugh My name is Julia Lopez and I had an appointment today 05/19/2025 for my Toyota Camry 2024 for an oil change @10 am. I received a call from my daughter informing me how she was to told “sign here” and was handed the paperwork and that was IT. If it wasn't for my daughter to SPEAK up and asked question (s) about the vehicle. She wouldn’t have had any interaction with the agent Madison Messina. My daughter felt like she was just a number there or a kid and people assuming she wouldn’t follow thru. But in fact she is a responsible adult who shows interest to know what’s going on and what’s needed for the vehicle. In the end my daughter noticed the agent was in a HURRY to go to lunch. My daughter realized now it makes sense the agent was in a rush to get her out of there due to her lunch was coming near. I called the agent on the business card at 12:18 pm and the call went straight to voicemail. We have had oil changes done in the past and never had any negative experiences . On Tuesday, I went to the service area to just get a quote no one met me except the gentleman that moves the cars around. He was very helpful so I went over everything then he took in the service area. quote no one met me except the gentleman that moves the cars around. He immediately told me emphatically that he was not taking out any other cars in today with an attitude. I told him I only wanted an estimate. Until later, he never asked me my name or anything. He just sent me to the park desk and this happened over and over and over like three times of things I needed to be repaired. I did not know Toyota treated their customers this way I was appalled by it. He was not helpful at all the guy in the parts and this guy that helped that move the cars around we’re great, but I will never come back to Bev Smith Toyota because of the way Tyler Johnson treated me that is why I am giving a rating of dairy poor and I mean really really very poor. I just moved up here in February from another city and I will never go back to bed Smith Toyota every ever even if I have to move back to West Palm Beach where I live I’d rather drive down there at least Southern Toyota cares about their people More
