My wife and I had decided it was time to get a new car. To my surprise, Jeffery greeted us and asked "Are you guys here to see anyone today?" I humorously replied, "Nope, so I guess I'm here to see you." We got straight to business I told him our price range and informed him we would have a co-signer come by if we found something we really liked. My wife and I suddenly began enjoying shopping for our next car. Jeffery was very polite, accommodating, understanding, and he really made a personal connection with us. Needless to say, we found a car out of our price range and it was up to Rick to work his magic with the bank. I don't know what he said or how he did it but he managed to get the bank to come down over 40 percent on the original payment we were quoted. They were very busy that day but Rick still managed to sit down and talk with us, he was very personable and we immediately found common ground in labrador retrievers. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, if we had any questions we got straight answers and they even gave me a good chunk of change for my beat up ford pickup. We had nearly forgotten that we were shopping for a car and now we're the owners of 2010 Camry XLE and my wife couldn't be happier as she has wanted a Camry for 3 years now. Even when we showed up the following day for our co-signer to finish up some paperwork, we were remembered(and got to bang the gong). Rick came out before we left and wished us luck on our purchase and was enthusiastic about the car they got us driving. More
I normally dislike the experience of buying a car but.... This is the second one that I have purchased from Bev Smith in 3 1/2 years and everyone at the dealership (as a whole) makes it "painless" . I especially want to comment on my salesman, Eric Bennett. He was delightful !!! He was very informed, friendly, and respectful. He took so much time answering my numerous questions about the car; especially about the audio system and navigation system. When I went up the next day to give him my spare keys for my trade-in, Eric , once again, spent more time showing me things about my new Rav. You can tell that he really enjoys working with people. Russ's sense of humor makes the process easier. The service and parts departments are always friendly and helpful. We have recommended Bev Smith to other Toyota owner family members that bought elsewhere and they have decided to only use Bev Smith. We have heard that years ago this was a bad place to go but many changes have been made and it is really a family. I recently traded in my 2011 Tundra for a new 2014 Tundra. They originally priced another vehicle instead of money for trade in which resulted in a final value of $2,000 less but gave me the original higher offer saying it was their mistake. I cannot stress the trust we have for everyone there. They stayed late to finish the paperwork and detail the truck for me so I could drive it home that night. Thanks again!!!! More
After a week of extensive research across central, east, and southeast florida I came upon a Toyota Tacoma that had what I needed. It was at Bev Smith Toyota. A simple email sent and the next day I had a response. I then called to talk to John Tripp (sales) and went over info with him. He was able to answer questions I threw at him no hesitation and gave fulfilling answers. An appointment was made to further interact. I was 3 hrs away, when I got there John was ready for me, he pulled the Tacoma around and he proceeded to go through all kinds of info from tires to engine, capacities to gas mileage and so forth. He at this point seemed extremely knowledgeable about the product. We test drove and spoke further about inside options on the vehicle. I owned Toyotas in the past and he was able to point out options I didnt know existed or that were new to the model year. An hour in and no pressure of buying. When we got back we haggled over price until we both came to an agreement on a fair deal. A key was missing for the tailgate and knowing I was 3 hrs away he immediately contacted his lock smith who was there in 10 mins. He actually had to make a key that fit, did it fast, and made me a copy. Overall the experience was one of a kind for buying a car. Not only do I recommend Bev Smith, but I suggest you get the best when asking for John Tripp. Jeff Silano-Orlando area More

I would have waited for its end. except russ told me they would cover the trade in difference lie number 1 (shame on me) Salesman number 2 told me the car he( originally sent me e mail quote) would have same equipment it didn't this vehicle because of leather seats turned out to be 2500 more with less equiptment---- interest rates rebates all I can say is buyer beware these people truly are bait and switch artist s and finaglers. I also bought extended warranty which I decided to cancel, a month went by and guess what a call to Toyota and warranty company tells me they were never notified I caould never recommend this dealership to anyone More

Dealing with Steve was great.....can't say the same thing for Russ what a pompous jerk! Total arrogance and not trustworthy at all! We agreed that I was keeping my custom rims on my trade and I put the stock wheels back on as agreed...or so I thought! Russ is not an asset to your company! He was very friendly and personable he was not pushy he was very knowledgeable about the cars he was willing and eager to please the customer and he stayed with me from the beginning to endorse the process. The finance lady Debbie Money was also very nice, willing to please, and make the process quick and painless. If you're looking to buy a Toyota be sure to visit this dealership and ask for John as a sales person he will not steer you wrong. More
