FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT SECOND TO NONE! Bev Smith Toyota has turned out to be one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. I buy 4 to 5 brand new cars a year ranging from Jaguar/Merc Bev Smith Toyota has turned out to be one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. I buy 4 to 5 brand new cars a year ranging from Jaguar/Mercedes to Cadillac to Toyota. The sales department at Bev Smith is fantastic however, it's the service department that outshines even sales. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Wahl who is the Service Director. Bill is an honest and straight shooter. If he doesn't know something, he isn't afraid of telling you so but he does eventually find out an answer. I think one of the best assets that Bev Smith Toyota has is Adam Hamill who is the Asst. Service Manager. I've known Adam for many years and he continues to get things right and doesn't waste time doing it. Adam treats his customers more like family than a person writing a check for services rendered. I am treated like a true VIP customer when I come to Bev Smith Toyota and quite frankly, in today's day and age, it's refreshing! More

Great Dearlership My first trip to Bev Smith Toyota they told me I needed a co signer. Few days later I got a follow up call from Scott the sales manager and he asked My first trip to Bev Smith Toyota they told me I needed a co signer. Few days later I got a follow up call from Scott the sales manager and he asked me if I could get a co signer. He said he still wanted to work with me to make me a car deal . well little did I know I had a family member that would help me with the car deal. We came in to the dealership in June and Scott the manager and his team worked very hard for us and we left in our new corolla. Thanks for their persistence and patience they made me walk out the dealership with a new car. I want to let everyone know that Bev smith Toyota is the best place to go if you need help if u don't have perfect credit. More

We effortlessly chatted about what I wanted in my Tundra and David directed me to exactly what I wanted to surprise my husband with. Everyone was so high energy and fun that I had a smile plastered to my face the whole time I was there. The process was smooth, simple, and exciting. I too was helped by Scott Pernell the manager and what an amazing leader he is. His crew is a well-oiled machine and customers were streaming through the dealership happy. I cannot thank David and Scott enough for the exquisite experience I received. I have the happiest husband in the world right now and am truly grateful for the parts that David and Scott played in making him so happy. I give Bev Smith Toyota my highest recommendation of any dealership and am already passing out business cards and tagging pictures on Facebook. Bev Smith Toyota Is a Rip Off This car dealership is very nasty and disrespectful. I made an appointment with Scott P. one of the Sales Manager's and I told him I was driving from This car dealership is very nasty and disrespectful. I made an appointment with Scott P. one of the Sales Manager's and I told him I was driving from West Palm Beach, and I have a Nissan Versa that I wanted to trade in. I explained to him my whole situation and when I got there I test drive a 2014 Camry and they handed me the key and said I was approve and they were coming up with the numbers. All of a sudden the Sales guy Josh came with the numbers and I told him they were too high. He said I could get a used 2013 Camry and I told him that's fine. All of a sudden I caught the other new Sales Manager talking about and I started to question him. He said due to the credit score that he got for me I can't get any car off the lot, unless I have a credit score of 750 and my credit score is 615. He said I need $6,000 down. But I explained to him that the advertisement said that I could over $2,000 for my car based on KBB Value and the Camry had $2,000 in rebates plus my car is worth 12, 015. This guy disrespect me big time and kick me out of the dealership and as for Scott P., he disappeared without a trace. Josh on the other hand was a great sales rep. but the Managers were disrespectful and full of xxxx! More

There was a young salesman, I Think his name was Nick, I am not sure that was very helpful to us , helping us with bluetooth and the gps. My husband called to inquire about a Scion Xb advertised on the website and Mike invited us in to test drive it and discuss options. We had very rigid criteria concerning the amount we were able to spend. Both Mike and Russ worked so hard to get us a deal that fit our needs and we couldn't happier with our Scion Xb. It's a perfect Mom-mobile! :-) We honestly can't say enough about the amazing treatment we received from Mike, Russ, Debbie Bennett, and Debbie Money. The entire staff was extremely patient with us and our 2-year-old daughter. One very kind employee even brought snacks and water over for our little girl and printed coloring sheets to keep her occupied. We whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and specifically Mike and Russ to work with. More
