I have never had a better experience. I have been dealing with Toyota for 20 years. Joe Cleri has been able to provide my with excellent service. He had all info and options ready for me and I purchased my new RAV4 with no wait and had as usual with all the reps at Bev Smith..Mark the Accountant, Stan the Service Manger, and most of all Joe Cleri made me feel like I was the only customer they had that day. I drove my new car home in a very short period of time. Thanks to them all. Plus they FOLLOW UP the NEXT DAY to make sure I have no additional questions or needs. I also have my first Service set up. What's better than this? More

Form the time I put up for service I received a warm friendly greeting from a worker who just passed by. That was very nice.
