I wouldn’t go back to Bev Smith Toyota if they gave me free service for lifetime. The service department is the worst. If you have an appointment you can arrive there early and they’ll ask you to come bac free service for lifetime. The service department is the worst. WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER PURCHASER FROM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! purchase A 2020 Toyota Camry on July 4th (Friday) on July 5th the passenger window did not go down and the drivers window was making a loud noise an purchase A 2020 Toyota Camry on July 4th (Friday) on July 5th the passenger window did not go down and the drivers window was making a loud noise and the door panel was pushing out .July 6 went back dropped car off to be repaired had to put rental car on my own credit card which is unreal .July 10th went to pick up car was raining took car home July 11th notice a dent on bottom of driver door and a scratch deep down to the metal .Return car on July 13 th Again having to use my own credit card for rental car It puts a hold on $250 dollars .On July 17th went back to dealer to pick up car the scratch was fixed and the dent was even worst for them trying to just buff it out .I then asked for the manager we i began to lose my cool when they offer to buy the car back from me for less then what they sold it to me for just two weeks ago! At this point i did not want the car or any Toyota ! I was told to please leave the car again and it would be taken care of . I had also mentioned on JULY 13 that the brakes were making a noise .on July 21 i got the car back and the dent was repaired after driving home the brakes were still making noise i called back to dealer and asked them if the brake had been services and the services department (stan) had said there were no records of the brakes needing services that i can wait till my first oil service to have them check so unprofessional put a person life on hold what if the brakes are faulty . The experience this dealer as put me threw I would never buy a Toyota or let any family or friend buy form this dealer again and a matter a fact my company all drive Toyota Tundra and they will not be any longer . I have lost so much time from work dealing with this car and now i have to bring car back again for the brake so Ill have to rent the car again for a few day and go out of my way because the car they sold me Is a LEMON!!! i will be report this to all the website and the BBB till this issue is handle in the right manner . Great buying experience thanks to Greg Keefer, the Salesman I came to Vero Beach Toyota Dealership with intention to buy a new car. Internet gave me some options with clear prices. I knew exactly the car I want I came to Vero Beach Toyota Dealership with intention to buy a new car. Internet gave me some options with clear prices. I knew exactly the car I wanted, and I knew what I can afford. Sales person showed me the car and I was ready to buy until I ran into their manager who was hiding from me all the prices I have seen before on internet through TrueCar. Without any explanation he told me I am not qualified for any advertised discounts and simply added my trade in value to the purchase price instead of deducting. When I told him about my calculations ( I am a math teacher) he told me I can not understand his calculations...It made me to leave, I felt insulted and belittled . Since I knew exactly the car I wanted I bought Toyota RAV4 XLE (2020) from Bev Smith Toyota in Fort Pierce which is only 15 min away from my house. Great experience, I was straight forward what I wanted and expected (I did prior research) and after meaningful negotiations we came to the closure of this deal. My sales person Greg Keefer was very patient, intelligent, knowledgeable and consistent in his effort to help me and make sales at the same time. Thumb up for Bev Smith.! More

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees Today was the second incident where members of the service team were very rude and unprofessional. The last involved my wife, today was my turn to be treated like absolute garbage because I asked to drop my vehicle off an hour and a half early for my service appointment and letting the employee know that they could take their time since my plans had changed. I ended up driving off very upset and amazed that someone would talk to another person with such disrespect. We’ve purchased 8 cars in the last 12 years from this dealership and the level of service has always been very good but after these experiences in the last two months we will never return. Times are tough right now, it would seem an inopportune time to drive loyal customers away. More
