Kim at Bev Smith Toyota is a great service advisor. I was visiting Fort Pierce and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Kim greeted me and treated me as though I was a regular customer that had purchased visiting Fort Pierce and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Poor Service,No Trust Bought a new 4RUNNER October 2018,didn't have a lot of miles but took it in at 6months for services anyway because that what the manual said two weeks Bought a new 4RUNNER October 2018,didn't have a lot of miles but took it in at 6months for services anyway because that what the manual said two weeks later the service light came on took it back said they forgot to reset the vehicle, at year(1) took it in for service two weeks later same thing light came on took it back again forgot to reset, couple of months after that a noise on left side took it in said can't find anything I must record the noise next time so they can hear, two week ago service light came on again file a complaint the service manager Gary Coffey acted as if I was disturbing him didn't want to hear what I had to say just give him the key's any way the results was I WAS CONFUSING MY VEHICLE I DID NOT PUT ON ENOUGH MILES THAT"S WHY THE SERVICE LIGHT KEEP COMING ON. WHAT AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE,AND MY YEARS.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP, I WILL TRADE MY VEHICLE BEFORE I DEAL WITH BEV SMITH TOYOTA LOCATED IN FT PIERCE FL. More

I have never had a better experience. I have been dealing with Toyota for 20 years. Joe Cleri has been able to provide my with excellent service. He had all info and options ready for me and I purchased my new RAV4 with no wait and had as usual with all the reps at Bev Smith..Mark the Accountant, Stan the Service Manger, and most of all Joe Cleri made me feel like I was the only customer they had that day. I drove my new car home in a very short period of time. Thanks to them all. Plus they FOLLOW UP the NEXT DAY to make sure I have no additional questions or needs. I also have my first Service set up. Form the time I put up for service I received a warm friendly greeting from a worker who just passed by. That was very nice.
