SERVICE MANAGER Mr.Gary Coffey is an excellent Service Manager. I asked him to personally look into a problem with my passenger side front tire. Most service mangers would not get involved with such a minor problem but HE DID. He found the problem and showed it to me on his IPHONE. I have purchased 4 Highlanders at your dealership thru Joe Cleri over the years. Words fail me in my appreciation for Mr. Coffey's help.. More

Sold me a New truck that was not New Wish I could leave a negative quantity of stars, but it won't allow me. March 23rd purchased what was supposed to be a new 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 Wish I could leave a negative quantity of stars, but it won't allow me. March 23rd purchased what was supposed to be a new 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 VIN 3TMDZ5BNXKM058064. Terry Taylor was the salesman who promised leather seats but then "forgot" about them and I ended up paying $600 more out of pocket because of him forgetting what he had said 30 minutes earlier. Regardless, he never ordered the seats. 3 weeks later the engine light comes on. Take it in for service when I open the hood and realize this was not a new truck. Engine is covered in mud, rust, corrosion, etc. I demand to know where the truck has been. Turns out the 125 miles that were on it when I got it were not from test drives but from the truck being raced around the Daytona Speedway with race car drivers and apparently did some off-roading as well as the hood was open to the elements for an extended period of time. I demanded my money back and was told by Charles Warren to leave and he assured me he would not do anything for me because of the negative review I had given the dealership about being ripped off on the leather seats. I left the truck there and after several more weeks met with Richard Sanchez who finally agreed to give me my money back and find me a new truck. Long story but he never did. I found one in GA, drove 1,000 miles round trip to pick it up myself and now I have a new truck. Only problem is Bev Smith was supposed to cancel/pay off the other loan back on April 27th and they never did. Didn't send the check until May 7th and it is still unpaid to this day so now Southeast Toyota finance is having difficulty closing my new loan because of the other one that is still open and with a balance. By the way, that truck that I drove for 2 and a half weeks and now has 545 miles on the odometer is listed for sale as NEW on their lot right now because they forced me to sign a document that said I never took possession of the truck before they would give me my $3,500 down payment back. Save yourself the trouble and skip this dealership and any of its sister dealerships. I saved over $4,000 and got a truck with all of the premium upgrades by driving 500 miles to Augusta, GA. Well worth the trip to be treated with respect and save money. More
