I am so unbelievably mad I told the 2 sales men that my daughter was a single mom and please don’t take advantage of her well what do you think they did I told them what she could handle and the one man ha daughter was a single mom and please don’t take advantage of her well what do you think they did I told them what she could handle and the one man had gotten nasty with me and pressuring her to sign the papers and totally ignoring me witch was leaving the deposit telling her her truck isn’t worth anything but they will pay off her truck o ya they payed it off and now there selling her truck that wasn’t worth anything as they said for 10,000 more then her pay off and kept saying it’s not worth anything they where pestering hard to get that truck because trucks are hot right now and again she’s a single mother a young single mother I hope to God one of those salesman has a daughter and a granddaughter that will just go out on her own to buy a car and there comes a salesman just like them and do to their daughter what they did to mine and see how they like it I told them 10 times she’s a single mother we have to watch the payment the one Salesman said to me you want me to hide $5000 well it should be easy with the $10,000 prop if you’re going to make up the truck but you didn’t do that right you can’t a young single mother I will put it everywhere I have to put this so everybody knows to stay away from Ben Smith Toyota any single young lady stay away from Bev Smith Toyota you know typical typical salesman typical car salesman And it’s not like you’re going to do anything about this not that you even care what your salesman’s are doing to young single mothers More

Fabian in sales is a great salesman! Unfortunately I can't give a 5-star rating because the financial department is not! Trying to get them to return a phone call is virtually impossible once you sign y can't give a 5-star rating because the financial department is not!
