I'm really surprised by the lack of response, carelessness, and the feeling of being neglected by the internet sales team. For 5 days, I dealt with 2 salespeople at this dealership via texts, ema carelessness, and the feeling of being neglected by the internet sales team. For 5 days, I dealt with 2 salespeople at this dealership via texts, emails, and calls. Seem like because I questioned their fees and bad practice of listing one price and adding "not including a $2000 deposit" added to the advertised price is deceiving and might get them initial interest from potential buyers, it's a cheesy gimmick, to say the least. The lower listed price gives them a better ranking on TruCar and CarGurus where they rank and list vehicles based on price compared to the market (not taking in consideration the additional $2000 deposit mentioned only on Bev Smith website). I was told someone will call me back but I had to chase then was told I'd be sent an offer in writing which I never received either!! Never had a car dealer treated customers like they were doing them a favor. Moving on, plenty of options and better service elsewhere. More
