We opted not to purchase, they did not consider putting air in her tire (24 pressure) and gave it to her with low pressure...UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! We provided the necessary paperwork the following morning, the service guy was rude, unfriendly and abrupt! I have heard of the bad service with this particular dealership; now I am convinced of the rumors! My Family Will Never Patronize or Recommend Bev Smith Toyota. More
