Bait and switch sales tactics. Given 3 different prices on new vehicle, and not shown paperwork on the vehicle we wanted until we insisted we wouldn’t go forward without it. We were quoted 20,000.00 over sticker ( that’s normal they said) and they valued our trade much lower than Kelley Blue Book and Carmax.
