Worst customer service They did a service for my vehicle and the next morning the problem is back again trying to reach them for few days, either had to leave a voicemail or when I speak to someone vehicle and the next morning the problem is back again trying to reach them for few days, either had to leave a voicemail or when I speak to someone they say will get back to you and NEVER called me back and don’t know what to do to get my vehicle fixed, I am regretting that I trusted them and travel all the time to them and don’t go to the one near me More
Bait and switch sales tactics. Given 3 different prices on new vehicle, and not shown paperwork on the vehicle we wanted until we insisted we wouldn’t go forward without it. We were quoted 20,000.00 over sticker ( that’s normal they said) and they valued our trade much lower than Kelley Blue Book and Carmax. We have purchased many cars and have never been treated in this manner. We do NOT recommend Bev Smith Toyota. More
The service dept has always been great.
