Had a very pleasant experience at the Toyota Service center. Had an appointment to have my car serviced and the service center was ready when I got there. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Heaven was less than nice when I arrived to pick up my car. After I was done paying she asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, she printed it and put it on the counter. Also, I understand that it is Allie's job to see if I want to sale my car. So I don't mind that she called and asked. However, I have expressed that I am not interested in selling my vehicle every single time I come there for service and have asked that my file be noted. That has yet to happen as I can't get out the door before my phone rings asking if I want to sale. After, I told Allie I didn't want to sale and asked again for my file to be noted, she called again the next day. More
