Good Service Had scheduled service and tire rotation. Done to satisfaction and during the expected time (a little over an hour). Insufficient service I came in for a issue with my battery. I have FREE batteries and tires for the life of the car. It happened to be about 1/2 and hour prior to the se I came in for a issue with my battery. I have FREE batteries and tires for the life of the car. It happened to be about 1/2 and hour prior to the service dept. closing at the Fort Pierce Kia dealership. I was told that my battery was fine and maybe it just needed a break. Did I mention I'm a female . I was treated as if I knew nothing about automobiles and/or how they worked. He told me that they needed to charge the battery as if I didn't know that's the job of the alternator. I didn't argue with them. I just left. The next day early in the morning attempted to start the car noticed the same problem. Took jumper cables with me in case I became stranded. I drove it to the Kia Stuart Service department where they checked the battery and determined it was bad and replaced it. They also noticed two of my tires needed to be replaced . Those are the same two tires the service department in Fort Pierce stated a month ago were good !!!!! So I would definitely say the Fort Pierce service department has a serious issue determining what's good and what's bad which could leave a woman like myself stranded on the side the road not a good thing 😡😡😡 More
