They had to order a new rim for my car which was making my tire lose air and I would have to wait for its arrival the next day so I told them I would bring car back. Bill would not hear of it.... he didn't want me driving on that tire so he arranged for me to be driven home by Mr Brooks and arranged for JR to pick me up. The 2 gentlemen were so polite and professional and at the same time, treated me like family. I was very pleased with the whole process. Bill was very impressive! More
