The car wash after servicing was horrible!! need to fire and get rid of them.He scatched my wheel fender with the brush that was used!! i will never again let anyone touch my SUV there that is supposed to be washing it. they dont clean it at all! extreme half assed job. I pay a lot of money for my SUV Sorento, and i certainly dont need it getting scratch up on a horrible car wash person!!!! More

I must commend Jacob (my service writer) that did an excellent job informing me of the problems with my vehicle and what the service department was going to do to repair. Through several visits for different reasons with my vehicle- Jacob was informative, polite, and knowledgeable with me as a customer. I really appreciate that... a lot of dealerships are not that way. Thank you Jacob for all you do!! And a note about the parts department also- Ryan is also very polite,knowledgeable, and informative. The team at KIA goes above and beyond customer satisfaction!!
