I have been calling the dealership for days in a row leaving several messages for the finance department to call back and after four days I still have not received a phone call. I've been lied to by their service department. I purchased my vehicle through Bev Smith Kia along with a maintenance package. When I was moving at a state I was assured by the service department any dealership would accept my maintenance package. That was a flat-out lie. I am paying for a service I cannot use and the dealership refuses to call me back for me to cancel is maintenance package. Again very poor customer service More
