Bettenhausen FIAT (Orland Park, IL) lacks integrity. I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. It had dog hair everywhere and I was promised that the whole car will be detailed I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. It had dog hair everywhere and I was promised that the whole car will be detailed to rid the vehicle of dog hair. This never happened. The dealership vacuumed the driver's side floor and I got so sick as I'm allergic to dogs and dog hair remained between the seats and throughout the remaining parts of the vehicle. The dealership also gave me an inoperable spare set of keys. Atop of that, the vehicle has some electrical issues. When I called and spoke to the sales associate (John Jaber) and sales manager (Andy Haustein and/or Eric Woodall) I was initially met with a flippant response, saying the circumstances weren't a big deal. I was promised a return call to resolve the issue as I said I'd bring the vehicle all the way back from Wisconsin to get it detailed and a receive a proper operable spare key, but the associates didn't want that as the purchase was still within the 3-day return grace period. Nevertheless, I never received a called back, I kept having to call the dealership myself. and promised a $150 check to get the vehicle detailed and to purchase a new set of spare keys or battery for one. This also never occurred and it's been over one month. I kept calling back to resolve the issue but only kept being transferred to voicemails even to voicemails of people I never asked for. I still never received return phone calls. I also called to get directions on what to do with the title documents they mailed me as this is my first dealership car purchase. No one ever called me back regarding that either. Customer service at Bettenhausen FIAT (Orland Park, IL) is definitely not a priority or strong suit. It's reckless at best. Even the night I closed on the purchase (6/14/23), I was promised that my old vehicle's license plates (Wisconsin) would be removed for me as I was transferring them to the new vehicle. The sales associate and other staff drove off while I ran through the parking lot trying to flag them down to remove the plates so that I could drive 2.5hrs home to Wisconsin. This was at 10pm at night. Luckily the finance associate was checking something in the building and I was able to catch him to remove the license plates. Overall the experience was deflating and I felt as used as the negative association of dealing with used car salespeople. I will never purchase from this dealership again nor would I ever recommend someone dealing with them. I couldn't wait to remove their company sticker and license plate frames from the vehicle. I'd never want to promote such a terrible business. More

I first connected with Jeremey Guimond on Tuesday May 16th. He was nothing short of professional, responsive, and courteous. He was very transparent with me the entire way and willing to go the extra m 16th. He was nothing short of professional, responsive, and courteous. When we I got to the dealership on Wednesday night for my appointment, I was greeted with the car parked outside ready to go for my appointment. After the test drive, it was just a simple handshake to exactly what we agreed on the night before at that point. The team made the documentation and paperwork a breeze and took the hassle out of it. They also had the porter do a final cleanup on the vehicle and it smelled like a brand new car by the time I drove it off the lot. The team working here was fantastic and personable, but more than anything they have a "yes before no" mentality when it comes to going the extra step to get you the best service and deal. Thank you again to Jeremey and the team for getting my dream car (2022 dodge Challenger scat pack)!!! More
