Sam was a delight to deal with from start to finish. I know this is crazy to say about a salesperson but he was honest and I actually trusted him. He delivered above and beyond our expectations. Your service department (Jessica) was also very helpful. My car was cleaned and polished, I didn't get the name of who cleaned/polished it but it looked brand new! Great job! Everything that was promised was delivered to me in a prompt time frame. I would recommend Sam and your dealership to all. You all made buying a car a delight rather than a hassle. Bought two cars from Bettenhausen. A Jeep and a Town & Country in the same year. Absolutely the worst decision. They are great at selling warranties but the service department does eve A Jeep and a Town & Country in the same year. Absolutely the worst decision. They are great at selling warranties but the service department does everything they can to not honor them. Management couldn’t care less. Made a complaint with Chrysler and they told me not to use Bettenhausen specifically. Hope this helps the next family. More
