Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Ram- Service Center

We had a recall on the truck 1500 - 2010 yr (saying the rear axle was having issues and could go at any time) and a service light on my wife's 2012 Journey at the same time. My wife drives and cannot - not rear axle was having issues and could go at any time) and a service light on my wife's 2012 Journey at the same time. My wife drives and cannot - not have her car not start (at night) which was happening. We tried to get in and it was 3 days minimum with each occasion. I did not feel comfortable to drive with a chance I had to get towed in with the recall. Contacted South Oak and they helped us out and very friendly. I have bought at least 4 new cars from Bettenhausen only to have them move off of Oak Park Ave to 159th with no service at the FIAT location except oil changes with no notification the service was be relocated fully. I bought from them for the ease of dropping the car off with the train being a walk away. I have to say Bettenhausen "was a neighborhood" friendly shop, but years ago. Not the same dealer ship where I purchased my first car. I know they have great reviews but I am not one of them. I expected I would have received the same service I was sold. No more Bettenhausen. Nick Nowak really helped me out a lot with my Jeep Grand Cherokee warranty repairs. He directed me to a fantastic service writer, Courtney Chigaros who made sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I had Cherokee warranty repairs. The warranty repair was completed once the part was shipped to them and I was paired up with my Grand Cherokee on a Friday morning rather than the anticipated Monday pick up date. Overall extremely happy with the service there. I didn't feel like I was getting yanked around like at most other dealerships. More

We had a great experience at this dealership last Friday. We were on the last long day of an extended road trip and still had 8 hours yet to drive to get home (with 3 homesick kids!). We had stopped for lunch near Bettenhausen Jeep/Chrysler and I am so glad we did. We decided that we had better have someone take a look at an issue with our engine before we continued on. We drove into the service bay and they did a terrific job. When you go there you will notice awards and posters on the walls about customer service and integrity. They are not just for show - they truly live this mission. We interacted with several employees - and everyone was great. They had us back on the road in under 2 hours with a safe and clean car - yes, they even washed it and fixed an outstanding recall issue! They worked us into an already busy service schedule and did it with a smile on their face and professionalism. The waiting area and the entire service area we also very clean. Our family HIGHLY recommends this service department! More
