I always get my oil changed and I stopped in to ask where I could get air. Dakota, and Blake met me as I pulled my car in.and proceeded to listen to me and assure me that they would top my tire off with air and calmed my worry mind down. A new guy named AJ walked me to the service desk and Jake at the service desk set me up for an oil change next week. I ask for their names because everyone seems to say what goes wrong but no one commends people on a good job. Bettenhausen Jeep in Orland Park should be proud to have such a good group of guys working for them. I will highly recommend this fine Service Dept. and it's good people they have hired. More

License plate bracket I was told that they don't have a license plate bracket that fits the bumper of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit. I feel they didn't try to get me w I was told that they don't have a license plate bracket that fits the bumper of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee summit. I feel they didn't try to get me what I needed. There's a lot of grand Cherokee on the lot. I feel like it was coming out of their pocket when I was going to pay for the service and part. They didn't even offer to order it. He said he doesn't know where I can find one. I'm at a jeep dealership with a jeep! It should be here! More

My VW had been leaking oil badly, and not only did the VW dealership not fix it correctly, but charged me over a grand to do so. I was met with nothing less than exceptional customer and mechanical service from Bettenhausen--from Jamie helping me set everything up, to Rob Adams taking time out of his day to see exactly what was wrong with my Jetta, Tony Gibson for fixing my car (in record time!) and Jake B. and Joseph Prno keeping me updated on everything...I cannot say enough. I would have paid double what VW charged me for the service I received, yet I only paid a fraction! The quality of work, met with the outstanding team work and dedication of the employees--there is no other dealership to go to other than Bettenhausen!! More
