I went in for recall work on my Jeep Liberty (recall N46). Their demeanor was kind and seemly professional in nature..... BUT.... They refused to do my recall work for what they called level "Level 5 c N46). Their demeanor was kind and seemly professional in nature..... BUT.... They refused to do my recall work for what they called level "Level 5 corrosion" of my frame of my vehicle. I've been under my vehicle and I know exactly what is going on with the rust. Its 100% surface rust and most certainly not level 5 corrosion. Their techs were slammed that day and simply didn't want to do the free work that a recall requires. I had my techs at the shop I work at double check for level 5 corrosion and all my techs agreed this was a total line of xx they gave me to just get me out of there without having to do actual work for a recall. I work on vehicles professionally by trade and will being doing the work myself to protect my vehicle from a catastrophe caused by the design flaws of the engineers at JEEP. I'll have to come out of pocket for the recall work in doing it myself due to Bettenhausen's gross failure to do their job. I HIGHLY recommend no one do business with this company in any way, shape, or form! Terrible business practices! More
