Jeep had a few leaks, no more leaks after service. Took a little longer than anticipated due to waiting on warranty approval. Only suggestion I have is they had signs in the service area saying compli Took a little longer than anticipated due to waiting on warranty approval. Only suggestion I have is they had signs in the service area saying complimentary car wash. I was asked if I wanted it washed as I was ready to drive off. It would have been a nice surprise if it was washed while they were coming to pick me up since it got dirty sitting outside in the rain for 5 days. More

63% of the charges were for labor. I’ve been to 3 other jeep dealers and there isn’t a ridiculous labor charge added. Almost $500 for an oil change and brake fluid is absurd. Good overall experience. Pulled in with a radiator issue and they continued to let the vehicle run in the service bay. I had to inform them to shut it off before the thing bl Pulled in with a radiator issue and they continued to let the vehicle run in the service bay. I had to inform them to shut it off before the thing blew up. After they looked at it, they callled me back and updated me on the issues that needed to be addressed. It did take 3 days for them to be able to fix my Wrangler and get it back to me. But overall I will be going back. More
