Everyone at Betten Honda with whom I dealt was competent, professional, and knowledgeable. I first met with Caitlin Otsby. I don't know the names of the lot persons or the person who prepared the Honda Civic for delivery, but they also did an excellent job executing their responsibilities. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership; first under Tom Miller, then Betten Honda. I prefer Betten. I did get the distinct impression that being a Betten Honda customer provided value in and of itself. Love my ten year extended warranty. I think they employees are very friendly and attentive. From those that in the Service Department to those in the Sales Department. I have been working with Mike Culleton for the past 6 years, he has never steered me wrong and has become a good friend. We are a family of Honda's with an average ownership period of 2 years. Our actual time at the dealership was minimal, just long enough to sign the papers. The only real complaint I would have is that the interaction between used cars and new cars was a little rough. Meaning the appraisal process of our old vehicles and waiting for the response to get to Mike could have been more efficient. It seems like a waste of the salespersons time to move the vehicles between lots plus juggle the customers, maybe would be more efficient to have lower paid "runners" so the sales people can focus on the customers and closing the deals. The dealership was very busy but well handled. We like Mike's no nonsense style, just the facts - no xxxxxxxx, straightforward and honest which I very much appreciate. Shane was very helpful, He was very patient as the decision took a few days and went above and beyond in helping with financing and assuring I received the most amount of money for my trade in. I was just driving through the used car lot when Shane came out to see if I needed help. He was extremely friendly and pleasant. Through the course of our dealings Shane was never pushy.
