Briana was great, everything in terms of service was efficient. The only downside was I had black (oil or grease) finger marks on my door, black smear marks on my almost white interior leather seats whe efficient. I used Grandville location not Hudsonville. They seem to care about their customers. But waiting for parts to actually service car seemed too long 5 business days and another 1 day wait for a m They seem to care about their customers. Glenn did mentioned if I want to pick up car until parts came in. I declined that offer. Because parts were to be delivered in 2 days. And I wanted them to have car in their possession to work on it. With more inconvenience to drop off and get a ride from somebody. More
