I dealt with a inexperienced sales person which was ok. However work that needed to be done really was not communicated well. Not at anytime was I asked if I needed or wanted help with a truck I was not fa However work that needed to be done really was not communicated well. Not at anytime was I asked if I needed or wanted help with a truck I was not familiar with. Navigation was messed up, tires did not match although they were new. I knew I bought the truck as is, when someone spends over 15,000 dollars some follow up would be appreciated. Mercedes from service was more help than anyone there. More

They will run your credit over and over and over (ran mine 8 times) to different banks with different loan amounts for said vehicle. Iam VERY displeased with this place, dropped my credit score 60 point mine 8 times) to different banks with different loan amounts for said vehicle.
