I'm having trouble with my vehicle, the part that is going bad is listed online as being under a customer satisfaction program. I called the service department and talked to Tristen who was not the most going bad is listed online as being under a customer satisfaction program. I called the service department and talked to Tristen who was not the most pleasant person to speak with, She told us the part was not under recall, which is correct its not, however when I asked more questions about the part she transferred my call to parts. When they answered I again told them why I called and they said that we needed the service department. I told the guy that they just sent us to them and he at least tried to help, but transferred the call right back to service who then didn't answer the phone. This is not the first time we have had issues with the dealership, but it will be the last. I now have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and we will have to take it farther to get it fixed. More

Good job Betten Ford service staff. You bent over backwards to install a OEM trailer hitch to my new Edge. Due to a Ford design flaw, the electrical installation became extremely difficult.. The electrical connector could not be easily attached to the as-built wiring through a simple wiring quick-disconnect. This should have been designed into all Edge models with a factory installed hitch or not. Fortunately, the Betten Baker service team stuck with it and got the job done.. More

I have had my Ford Edge in this service dept. 3 times, it still isn't fixed and I have dealt with everyone but the owner which no one seems to know where he is. I am beside myself, I have spent over $700 and still isn't fixed and I have dealt with everyone but the owner which no one seems to know where he is. I am beside myself, I have spent over $700 and my Car ISN'T fixed!!! Avoid GREAT LAKES FORD at all costs or it will cost you and your vehicle will still. Not be repaired! More

Great service. Diagnosed problem and gave us a loaner vehicle. Very easy, fun guys to work with! Great follow up. Never had a deal call weeks later to check and see if things where still performing up to vehicle. Very easy, fun guys to work with! Great follow up.
