The end result of Betten Bakers customer service has left us with no option but to retain legal council. Rather than address the mistakes they’ve made their only recourse has been deception and trying to co us with no option but to retain legal council. Rather than address the mistakes they’ve made their only recourse has been deception and trying to cover their tracks. Not only that the upper management has hidden behind their underlings so they don’t have to address their own deception and lies they perpetuate onto their customers. I’ve purchased 12 new Dodge / Ram vehicles and have never encountered anything like this. Even worse, they asked me to return the vehicle 3 times, made commitments, and then returned the vehicle with additional damage. We also plan on filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney Generals Office and with LARA. More
