Was unhappy of the service that I received. Requested to have a tire checked for a leak at the same time I scheduled an oil change. Explained that I thought that the rim my need to be cleaned. Was told they completely checked the tire and found nothing. They did not break the tire down to inspect the rim. If I continued to have an issue to come back in. I informed Jamie that I am from out of town and it is difficult to just drop in. Her reply was they do not like to see people dissatisfied. Did not offer a resolution. More
