No communication regarding the status of our vehicle. Had vehicle 3 days. Made an appointment for 9am and dropped vehicle at dealership night before. No call letting me no they did not even look at vehicle at time of appointment. Called next day and they said oh sorry we never got to look at it. It will be ready tomorrow (day 3) by 9 am. Had a ride around 11 am to pick so I dtove 23 miles to pick and called from hands free and was on hold the entire drive there only to learn still haven’t had a chance to look at vehicle. Needless yo say I was very upset and let them know how mad I was. There happened to be another upset customer in-line next yo me. Can I say COMMUNICATION is KEY to customer satisfaction! More
