Each time I've been in the last two years, the service has gotten progressively worse. This time was no exception. After arriving at my appointment on time, I was informed they were running behind, and it would take about 45 minutes. I told them no problem I would wait in the waiting room. TWO HOURS later I went out to check on why it was taking so long. I was informed that they were sorry, but they had "forgot" to come and get me. Seriously?!? What kind of poor customer service is this? I was given a discount for my trouble, but I still don't think it was worth it for my lost time. They lost a customer, I won't be returning. More
