Dealership staff damaged my vehicle deliberately because apparently the salesman and finance employee got their panties in a knot when I refused any dealership add ons. Should you decide to purchase a vehicle there, make sure you check it up and down inside and out before driving off the lot. These guys will smile in your face and act polite while damaging your vehicle and then telling you that you should have purchased the offered protection plans. I have purchased many new and used cars from dealerships and never had this occur. This damage was found when we took it directly home from the dealer so there is no uncertainty as to how or where it occurred. It was not on the car all along. The vehicle was closely inspected after the first incident was reported and while the car was in their service area being inspected, it suddenly came back with additional damage, I thought they were a local reputable dealership but wow was I wrong. Honest to god I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had came to the dealership with a check in hand, insurance on the vehicle, and ready to purchase just to show up and have the rims of the v anyone. I had came to the dealership with a check in hand, insurance on the vehicle, and ready to purchase just to show up and have the rims of the vehicle dented and scuffed beyond belief on all four rims, a clear coat of paint completely swirled on the entire vehicle, along with two mis-match lug nuts on a 31k USED vehicle. If I’m spending 31K on a used vehicle it should be in good condition especially with it being only two years old and under 50K miles. To then get told they will not be fixing the rims and they already shipped the vehicle back. Talk about a lost sale. What a literal joke. Do not purchase a vehicle here. The specific sales person I was working with honestly acted like he couldn’t care less and then said they were shocked by the condition of the rims but yet they’re not going to fix it? Therefore a lost sale. Super disappointed, irritated, and time wasted. More

I noticed an oil smell a day or two after service, so I decided to check the oil level. It was overfill yet again. This is the 6th time in the last 10 oil changes that it has been overfilled.
