Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. I needed a certain item that was not being made anymore and John in Parts went above & beyond to track it down for me! To be honest at first they didn’t want to nor try to make a deal. I had to push them to run it through F&I and once they did my salesman called back to apologize for being what he quoted as “negative” needle a deal.
