The Equinox is the 12th car I've purchased, and this was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had. Since the Sales Exec is the face of the dealership, that person's personality, friendliness, helpfulness, the absolute BEST experience I've ever had. Brian is by far the best Sales Exec. He wasn't pushy - he followed up, he listened to what my priorities were and helped me find the car I wanted - including contacting a company that converted the cloth seats to leather! making my Equinox perfect. And when other dealers himmed and hawed about giving me the family discount, Betley didn't hesitate and got my business over 4 other dealerships that thought nagging was better than customer service. I have already recommended Betley to 3 other people I know are car shopping because I know they will get a good deal and be treated exceptionally well. More

Was fairly satisfied with the service provided, however they charge approximately $70.00 more for an oil change/tire rotation than other local Chevrolet dealers, and the other dealers give a detailed inspe they charge approximately $70.00 more for an oil change/tire rotation than other local Chevrolet dealers, and the other dealers give a detailed inspection check list, vacuum and wash the vehicles as part of the service. Unfortunately, I will not use the service department at Betley anymore. I have no issues with the sales department and continue to recommend them, I will stay loyal in that regard. More
