Mr. Lorenz showed us a Trac that was in stock but did not like the color white. He told us it would not be a problem finds one in the color that we were looking for. The same day that I was turning in my rental car Mr. Lorenz called me to let me know that one came in last night and if I was interested in looking it. I went back look at it and purchased it. Mr. Lorenz was very knowledgeable about the functions in the car. Next went in to sign off on the purchase of the car hassle free. Will be coming back for sure in the future. More
