Quick warranty work I went in for warranty work and was out in just over an hour. Everyone is helpful and pleasant and I don't mind going to this dealership. I have never spent more than 1 1/2 hours for work being done on my car and always 30-40 minutes for oil changes with appointment. It is very easy to go online and schedule an appointment or call and make one. More

Fast, easy, no nonsense We had the pleasure of working with Steven Ricker, who we highly recommend. We had gone to a previous dealership, where we have bought our last four, We had the pleasure of working with Steven Ricker, who we highly recommend. We had gone to a previous dealership, where we have bought our last four, yes four cars, and left that dealership feeling uncomfortable and overpriced on the car we wanted. The next morning we went to Betley Chevrolet in Derry, NH and couldn’t be more happy that we had. Steven showed us the car we had in mind as well as an additional car and we never felt pressured, rushed, or haggled. We talked numbers for the “new” used car we wanted as well as for our trade in and left feeling very excited about our new opportunity. We did leave without finalizing the deal however as we decided to wait out the first dealership we went to so that we could hear their final numbers. Steven didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or act upset that we didn’t seal the deal and was very patient with us as we waited to make a decision...unlike the other dealership that called me back three times after I finally turned down their deal...each time offering me a “better” deal. We, as I stated earlier, went with a newer than our car, but used car, which we were slightly weary of as we have always opted to buy new. However, Betley washed the interior and exterior of the vehicle, changed the wiper blades, filled the gas tank and we felt like we stepped into a brand new car! Thank you Betley, and mostly, Steven for making this one of the best car buying experiences, which wasn’t our first (6) cars later for us, and definitly not our last with Betley. More
