The quality of work performed by the maintenance section has always been outstanding; however, since I do not get to interact with them, I cannot praise any of those guys by name. The service desk guys, Paul, Brian, and Craig, well! Since my first service/inspection visit in late 2009, no matter which guy has taken my service order, each has always been friendly, professional, and courteous. I do not know when they began working at Betley, but when a business has employees with the 9 year longevity that I've observed, the entire organization must be doing most everything right. And special thanx to Connie who has, over the years, driven me home and picked me up when my car needed overnight servcing. More
