Good Service, Dishonest Pricing Was in the Service Dept. one week prior with my wife's Enclave. No problems with the oil change and multi-point inspection. Price was as advertised. Was in the Service Dept. one week prior with my wife's Enclave. No problems with the oil change and multi-point inspection. Price was as advertised. I asked Brian about using a $21.95 service coupon (sent to me by Gregg Walker) for my Volt's oil change, and he indicated it would be okay if I brought my own synthetic oil, as the Volt needs synthetic. However, on the day of service, the $21.95 special price didn't apply. It was over $38, and I still supplied the oil (Mobil 1 synthetic). I guess that I need to go back to the quick-lube place that I used to frequent. They not only change the oil, they top off all fluids, check the tire pressures, and vacuum the car for less money. The wait time it typically less as well. If I bring my own oil, they even give me a credit for the oil that they don't have to supply!! It seems that Betley doesn't really want to be bothered with measly oil changes. My son brought his Lucerne in for an oil change a few months back, and he ended up at the quick-lube shop as well. I don't like companies that can't adhere to their promises! More
