I purchased my truck at the dealership so I'm very confused as to why it's such an inconvenience for the service writer to have to fix any problems or defects with my truck. He was rude and spoke down to me. I won't be back. I will drive all the way to Laconia and visit Canton Chevrolet as they have always treated me with respect despite not having purchased my vehicle at their dealership. Very disappointed. More
