Been using this dealership to service my old Chevy equinox and Greg and the service team have always treated me fairly. I brought it in for one last service when it was diagnosed as not being worth re equinox and Greg and the service team have always treated me fairly. Because of the great service I’ve got from Craig and the service team I went with the Betley team to buy a new car. When I came back two weeks later for a sticker they presented me with an invoice for the diagnosis on the old car. It was a small invoice but given I just bought a car from them, and they didn’t mention the invoice while I was shopping for cars with them, I assumed it was waived. I was a little surprised to get the invoice a full two weeks later when I went in to get my inspection sticker. No knock on Greg and the service team, as I know the call was over their head. Seems a bit petty. I’d still give the service team five stars. More

The issue was the steering wheel locking and the The issue was the steering wheel locking and the entire interior electrical system shutting down. We could not even use Onstar to call for assis The issue was the steering wheel locking and the entire interior electrical system shutting down. We could not even use Onstar to call for assistance. Cell phone finally got through to Chevy roadside assistance, and following their instruction we were able to free steering wheel and start vehicle. Incident happened again the next day. Truck was brought in on 5/23. Service department was very professional and accomodating, A system test was run and no error codes found. Good news, maybe? Not exactly a confidence booster. I guess we have to just hope it doesn't happen again. More
